Who I am

Hi, I’m Grusha. A CPA, former auditor, and a manufacturing finance expert.

I’m a hands-on finance leader that delivers results by rolling up my sleeves, getting into the details, while serving the bigger picture through partnering with cross-functional teams.

In my time from a Consultant to a Director of Finance at a 135-year old food manufacturing company, I’ve:

  • Built finance department from the ground up: Established day-to-day accounting, month-end and year-end close, audit readiness, budgeting, internal controls, fixed past data and reconciliations, and led and trained individuals into high-performing finance team.
