Hi, I’m Grusha. A CPA, former auditor, and a manufacturing finance expert.

In my time from a Consultant to a Director of Finance at a 135-year old food manufacturing company, I’ve:
Built finance department from the ground up: Established day-to-day accounting, month-end and year-end close, audit readiness, budgeting, internal controls, fixed past data and reconciliations, and led and trained individuals into high-performing finance team.
Boosted profitability: Improved gross margins from 10 % to over 20 % through new costing models, pricing strategy implementation with sales and full A–Z involvement in a product launch.
